WINGS in the NY Times Freakonomics Blog

An impact evaluation that my colleagues and I are conducting in northern Uganda was featured in the NY Times Freakonomics Blog yesterday. It was a nice surprise to read the post before traveling from Kampala to Gulu to attend a few project meetings — to make sure we keep track of the “thousands of pages of data” that Dwyer mentioned.
