One out of every 10 names in the national voters register is a ghost, an NRM special internal investigation has revealed. The report, commissioned in May by NRM Secretary General Amama Mbabazi, a copy of which Daily Monitor has seen, indicates that one million out of the 11,066,449 registered voters and more than 5,000 polling stations are ghosts.
