This is what I have been looking for: Omnisio.
Check this out. You can upload synchronized video and PowerPoint slides for presentations. Omnisio has other video functions, but the real utility, in my view, is for uploading presentations.
Other sites like Slideshare are useful, but Omnisio takes it to a new level.
